We have three ways to pre-order.

Please note the Online ordering system will prompt you to the first available date.
If your desired date doesn’t show up it’s because:
1) we are already completely booked for that date.
2) there is not enough lead time before your event.

Yes!

  1. Call the shop at 425-822-6565 to talk to one of our Decorators about your Custom Order.
  2. Please fill out our Contact order from with specific details of your order along with the best contact number so we can get back to you if we need additional details.

ALL Custom Orders must be made WELL IN ADVANCE of your event. Again, we recommend 2-3 weeks notice.

ALL Custom Orders must be paid in full upon ordering. No cancellations or refunds are given on custom orders

Occasionally we may have availability to accept a custom order less than 2 weeks in advance, but you must call the shop to inquire.
We cannot guarantee we will have availability.

We offer gluten-free and vegan cakes and dessert items.
However, we also prepare wheat cakes in our kitchen, as well as peanuts and other nuts in our facility.

We do our very best and are very careful but cannot guarantee there is no cross-contamination.

Please advise us if you have a nut or gluten allergy at the time of ordering or before buying goods in the Café.

Any of our staff can answer questions about specific ingredients so please ask.

If a team member cannot answer your question, they will refer your question and we will try to respond back as soon as is possible.

Cake Care:
Cakes are served best at room temperature. Butter is solid at room temperature, as is buttercream icing.
Your order will be cold at pick up as they are stored in our refrigerator until pick up.

We recommend allowing the cake to come to room temperature (usually 2 hours, more if its as multi-tiered cake).
Please be advised that this recommendation is based on normal weather. During the summer or on very warm days you will need to monitor your cake carefully to ensure proper care. If a cake becomes too warm it will begin to melt and multi-tiered cakes can begin to move or slide.
We cannot accept responsibility for or give refunds for cakes cared for improperly.
 
Pick Up:
Orders are available for Pick Up at our Kirkland location between:
11 am- 5pm Tuesday through Saturday.

Orders are NOT available for Pick Up on
Sundays or Mondays.

Transportation: 
Cakes and other products travel best on a flat surface, such as the floorboard or trunk of your vehicle.

We also suggest you secure your cake so that it does not slide in the event of a sudden stop.

We cannot accept responsibility or give refunds for items damaged during transport.

We do not recommend transporting cakes/products in someone’s lap, or the seat of a car as these surfaces are angled and not secure in the event of a sudden stop or even during normal travel as the item is sitting at an uneven angle.

We offer delivery for Wedding Cakes, Dessert Bars, Corporate Events, and Volume Orders.

Delivery fees are based on location of the event and any additional staffing needed.

Our Team delivers all cakes and baked goods.
We do not use delivery services or contract with any delivery services.

Occasionally we take a special delivery on behalf of a client as a one time courtesy but these are determined only for certain reasons.

If you have a question about this, please call the shop and the Owner will get back to you within 48 hours to see if we can accommodate your request. 

Please note that our patisserie and café items, such as tarts, macarons, mini pies, cinnamon rolls, brioche, and  individual cheesecakes cannot be ordered online.

Café items are prepared daily and items and variety vary with the seasons.

You are welcome to call the shop to ask which items are available in the Café “day of”.

All wedding inquiries can be sent via our Contact Us form.
Each couple is handled by our Wedding Specialists. You can also call the shop and ask to schedule a telephone call with one of our Wedding Specialists for call back at a designated time.

We do weddings of all sizes and dessert bars.
Please fill out a Contact Us form, including your preferred telephone number and email address and one of our Wedding Specialists will be in touch.

Our cake tastings are $75.+tax and include:
three mini cakes of your choice selected from our flavor combinations list.

Cake tastings can be scheduled for any occasion and are not just for weddings.

Cake tastings are paid for at the time of booking in order to be added to our event board.

Terms & Conditions

Payment is made at the time an order is placed.

No refunds will be given for cancelled orders, nor are payments on orders transferrable without 72 hours notice.
Orders can be cancelled or details adjusted with at least 72 hours notice unless your request exceeds our production capacity.

Please note your order is not placed or put on our production board until payment is made.

Each cake and baked good is a handmade and unique item.
We reserve the right to take artistic interpretation on orders and their design.
Any variation in design, color, and detail is to be expected and refunds will not be given for these discrepancies.
